It’s just what office jobs do to me! Plus the fact that I stopped playing sport as my life started to take over a bit. <br /><br />Anyway as the diet started yesterday I also did a 20 minute DVD bit of exercise. Not much I know but I figured that if I can manage to do that every day and keep my calories at or slightly below 1500 and not eat/drink a drop more then I might shed some. <br /><br />I am one of those people that dieting doesn’t work alone.
