So I decided that knitted jewellery is the way forward except I cant knit. A foolish thing to decide. I own quite a few sets of knitting needles and a French knitter. A French knitter is about the only thing I can use because its simple none of this knit two pearl one business.
A little while ago I knitted myself a kind of wrap around bracelet (with a French knitter). Super comfy with silver findings to clasp the lot together. After wearing and wearing and broken thread later I'm now on my second. Comfy Jewellery might not be trendy but it feels snug, comforting and warm probably not very cool though!
I would like very much to be able to knit a little cake or something for a chain. Fingers crossed it can be done on the French knitter or I'm stuffed. I mean I do have some knitting needles but really can I be arsed? If I had a little more knitting focus I might go to a Stitches and Ho's meeting.
I don't think the cool kids in the knitting club will except a French knitter and her spool into their group though, I mean I can knit a tube but that's about it and what use is a tube of knitted wool to anyone?
